Every standard package includes:
- Gourmet Menu – Plated or buffet, fully customisable
- Service Ambassadors – Professional chefs & waiters for 4–8 hours
- Décor Setup – Basic décor consisting of tables, chairs, crockery, linens, lighting
- Optional Extra – Bar Services – Setup, barmen, glassware, and optional bar tab
- Optional Extra – Entertainment – DJ with speakers, dance floor, microphones
- Optional Extra – Photography – Photobooths, 360 cameras, or professional photographers
- Optional Extra – Venue Options – Marquee or Bedouin tent available at additional cost
All packages require a suitable kitchen. One can be provided at extra cost. Site inspection is required for all packages.

Booking Information & Terms
- Functions can be paid off instalments via flexible terms of 3/4/5 months
- Bookings are only confirmed after receiving a signed quote and a 75% deposit
- Final guest count required 15 working days before the event
- The remaining 25% balance is due 14 days before the event
- Secure payment via EFT, card, or online link
- Cancellations within 14 days: deposit is non-refundable
- One month or more cancellations: 50% of the deposit withheld
- Bookings require a signed Service Level Agreement
